Fixed Bug on Exobyte Entrenchment

First time player, trying to complete the mission. Upon finding Superman and interacting with him he speaks to you, Lex spawns behind him, but Superman gets stuck in an animation and nothing happens. I've tried leaving the area and restarting the game but neither works. On Discord, people are having the same error.

Hello Devs:

This is the 1st time posting here;
I'm writing to you here because it's been like a few days since this mission has been bugged for everyone, i'm a returning player with a somewhat new account with zero characters, so this is like my 1st toon that i'm leveling currently, and as you can guess, i can't progress past that now (stuck at low lvl), the bug is that the last boss (Lex Luthor) in the mission "Exobyte Entrenchment" in Metropolice doesn't trigger (neither the dialogue in the cutscene, or in-game/boss fight), i'm writing to you here, so that maybe it'll get hotfixed quickly

I'm running into this issue on PC too, Playing through the game with my 3 friends and we all chose the Superman Mentor, quite annoying how we're hard stuck because of a bug.

I've done some legwork on looking for a fix - ensuring every enemy is dead, leaving some of them alive, activating the Turret Consoles,
not activating any Turret Consoles, and even throwing Beach Balls at Luthor and Superman. Nothing works.

The critical point is after Superman's initial exposition, Lex arrives, but the game does not trigger his dialogue - I *suspect* that the wrong dialogue trigger is activating when he arrives (Superman's rather than Lex's), causing Superman to repeat his, constantly re-triggering the wrong trigger, ad infinitum?

Certainly, if I was debugging, that's where I'd look first.

Also, as has been mentioned here, the Treasure Chests in this Instance (and, apparently, others) - at least in the On Duty version - are only dropping Soders, possibly some Cash, but no other Loot.

same bug here, tried everything support mentioned, which was about as helpful as "uhhh did you try turning it off and on.." yeah...yeah i tried that, i tried hiding it, selecting a new mission, clearing that one, then re selecting exobyte..tried grouping, tried logging off and on, i even tried meleeing EVERYTHING so i was going as slow as possible....nothing worked... and seeing how many others are having exactly the same issue...maybe im crazy, but it doesn't seem to be client side/user error....I apologize for sounding frustrated..but i am, i really like my new character, i want to continue her growth, but..i can't because the game broke.
