Could someone help me with this cape?

I've played this game for a long time, but I've never seen a cape like this before. Could someone help me figure out how to get it? I've tried looking everywhere.

There are several of those "One Shoulder Capes" in the game, but with it blacked out like that, I can't see enough details to tell which specific one it is. So I'll just list off all the ones I know are in the game:

1. Gorgon Slayer

2. Apokoliptian Overlord. From the length, this seems like the most likely suspect.

3. LexCorp Overseer

There could be 1 or 2 others I missed, because the Styles Wiki is not always complete. But I hope that helps.

Yes, Apokoliptian Overlord is the one. I remember grinding for that set was worth it for the style.
