All items on seasonal vendor are locked and in red for one of my characters. Even items that I have enough currency for.

Not long after reset today.
If I remember correctly-
I was in the outpost alert and we were fighting Ocean Master so the vendor was the heroes vendor.
We had finished the fight.
I purchased a few things, which worked, and then - I purchased something as one of the players left the group (like left the instance) - at the same time. And as both of those happened I got locked out of buying anything else. Everything went red and I got the lock icon on all items on the vendor.
And the Mutineer Quartermaster in HOL and on the Frigate are showing the red/lock too.
I went back in and did the instance again (without a loot reset) and it was still the same.
I also waited until daily maintenance was done and checked again and it’s still locked.
My best guess is - that player that left was a hero and as the transaction was happening/that player left, the vendor bugged because I was villain in the hero’s instance.
