Fixed Missing Time Capsule Rewards

Any ETA on when those of us affected by the bug with the Absolute Gotham Time Capsules will receive their rewards? It’s been 2 weeks now, still have an open ticket and no eta on when we’re getting our collection rewards. The issue has been fixed for people who haven’t collected but those of us that completed collections on day 1 still have nothing. GM Dunbar hasn’t responded to me in a week

As things have progressed, we've continued to communicate updates whenever we have new information to share. The important thing to know is that everyone who is eligible will receive their rewards, nobody is going to miss out.

Our Customer Service team is currently informing players through support tickets that individual reward grants are no longer being sent out. The development team has implemented a broader solution and is preparing a large-scale grant to ensure affected players receive what they're owed.

At this time, we do not have an ETA for when that grant will be deployed. As soon as we have a timeline or additional details to share, we'll make an announcement and keep everyone updated.

Going on the second month. No longer being replied to in my ticket and last we spoke there was a resolution to be announced but that was nearly 3 weeks ago. The devs have the ability to go into my account and give me the rewards. What is going on this is unacceptable?

I posted a ticket over a month ago got stopped gettinf replies made another got a few replies then ghosted made a 3rd ticket and now im coming here

With restarts (EU tonight 7/7 and US servers tomorrow 7/8), villain characters who were missing the Absolute Gotham Time capsule collection reward emails will receive the missing reward items via an email from The DCUO Team with the subject Absolute Gotham Time Capsule Collection Reward.

I gave it a couple of days, in consideration of it being labeled as fixed. However, me and some other villains on eu server still have not received the missing rewards for completing the collections. I don’t know if this may have influenced the fix, but I completed two of the three collections on day 1, while the third one was completed a couple days later (when it was working like normal). This resulted in me having one of the rewards corresponding to one of the collections with the rest still missing to current date despite all three completed.
