Mounts, mounts, MOUNTS!

I enjoy the acrobatic locomotion, but DAMN, is it silly/immersion breaking! Gliding without a cape on? Invisible rocket thrusters...Just 'cause? Hell with it! Just "debuff" it and give us an excuse for mounts...Where's my Goddamn Batmobile, folks?! I even have some ideas for..."tiers".

Tier 1: Free starter rides taken straight from both city's police. Take their cars, pull out all the police labels & bulky accessories, like that tank on the back of the GCPD hot rods, then give it back as a civilian model.

Tier 2: "Specialty" mounts that only level 30s can possess after the main campaign is over. They spend say, about maybe $10,000 in-game dollars on & maybe 5-10 marks AT MOST! (Don't be the greedy bastards we think you are. Prove us wrong!) These mounts would primarily be "mentor-inspired", either taken straight from the base game (like the Batmobile) or added in to make up for lack of options (Jokermobile, even Wonder Woman's invisible jet could work, if you treat it like the Joker jetpack as an equippable item to justify its movement transition to flight.)

Tier 3: Marketplace exclusives that have no natural place in-game but are there for funsies, such as the MANY iterations of the Batmobile from the cheesey Adam West show, to the Nolanverse tumbler, the 90s animated series, the Arkham Asylum & Arkham Knight...Hell, even silly ones like a monster truck Adam West-mobile could sell like gangbusters...Though, I wouldn't charge more than $5-$7.50 each. And bundles fees are of course, up in the air. Maybe even add matching costumes for each iteration...Add some value.

...And MODIFICATIONS!

This ain't Need for Speed...But imagine. Really, it'd just be repurposing the long-time player build mechanics to a separate entity.

P.S. If we can still glide, can you add a special option that only allows capes, and only certain capes to do so? Add some complexity that adds immersion and ISN'T unwarranted...Unlike artifacts & augments.

There would be no point having mounts in DCUO - especially cars. Maps in DCUO are very small, cluttered with obstacles and uneven terrain - except for old Gotham and Metro, which are mostly for introductory leveling missions and there are barely any reasons to go there afterwards.

What we could use is portable teleporters, so that we could easily move between different maps, without having to go to HOL, or base. Those portable teleporters could take the form of various vehicles, like a Batmobile, or whatever, summoned by using a trinket, the same way we use portable R&D workstation.
