Not A Bug Omnibus Rewards Bugged

I completed an Omnibus raid and went to speak to Steve Trevor in the HOL. After speaking with him, my journal had a Complete button, but after clicking it, it said 'Could not Complete'.

I'm not able to receive any rewards for completing Omnibus runs. I think this is related to the new ARGUS missions. I did the regular Omnibus.

Hope I'm not stepping on QA's toes by marking Not a Bug and locking, as the OP confirmed it themselves and requested the thread to be removed. However leaving the thread visible may help others find a solution.
