Request for PvP feat Rework

I would like to suggest a rework of PvP feat requirements in DCUO, changing them from being based primarily on wins to being based on matches completed.

Many players are not dedicated PvP players and only participate in PvE content to earn feats and progress their skill points. Under the current system, these players can spend a significant amount of time queueing and playing matches without making meaningful progress if they are unable to secure wins consistently.

A completion-based system would encourage participation while reducing frustration. Players would still need to actively engage in matches, but their time investment would always count toward feat progression regardless of the outcome. This would make PvP feats more accessible to the broader player base without negatively impacting competitive players who enjoy PvP for the challenge.

Another major issue is the presence of speed hackers and other exploiters. When feat progress is tied solely to victories, illegitimate players can significantly impact the experience by denying legitimate players progress through unfair advantages. A matches-completed system would help minimize the damage caused by these situations, ensuring that players do not feel their time was completely wasted when encountering cheaters.

This change could increase PvP participation, reduce player frustration, and create a healthier environment for everyone, whether they enjoy PvP regularly or are simply working toward feat completion.

I would love to hear the community's thoughts on this idea.

I like that, I would also suggest that the PvP Gear should be more accessible. If you don't have any or just very weak Gear you need to loose hundreds of times, until you have enough Marks to get a Full T1 Gear.

I think only 7 or 8 People in my League has a PvP CR the Rest is at exactly Zero.

There is no Motivation to participate if you know you are weak and you will loose anyway.

Everyone should be either on the same PvP CR once they reach Level 30 or at least they should get different pieces for every Match just like they do when they participate in PvE Omnibus Content.

Yeah, there's no reason to PvP right now. But if they reworked the feats this way to completed matches instead of wins more players would run it just to get the SP.

I like that idea of getting PvP gear for completing the matches, that way you have something else to grind for too.

Another thing I just thought of for matches completed you could get 100k per match even if you lose, if you win you get 200k per match. Would be a good money maker besides just the broker.

They could also offer Source Marks/Nth Metal/Stabilizer Fragments for PvP, so playing PvP would bring you forward in PvE. So everyone who is active has a little bit more of a Motivation to get into it.

That's a good idea too. It's a win for everyone.

This game doesn't have PVP.
This what you call PVP is some unecessary content, long ago forgotten by Daybreak Games that's full of glitches.
